It's November 1, which means that we have exactly 2 months left in 2023. (Yikes!) Plus the holidays are coming and things are about to get crazy. So it's probably too late to make any healthy changes this year. We should leave those until January, right?
Wrong! It's not too late to make a healthy change (or even two) this year. The trick is to keep it simple and practical. (Wait to start the big exercise program or revamp your entire diet until January 1!) Instead, focus on one small change that's fairly easy to implement but will make a big change in your health.
I just wrote about this on The Healthy Life Toolbox and described 8 simple changes you can easily make between now and the end of the year. These are small steps that will pay you big dividends in terms of your physical or emotional health.
Here are the 8 changes. Pick one (or another positive change you've been wanting to make) and start today. (You can find more information about how to implement them here - 8 Little Changes for a Healthier, Happier Life.)
The change I plan to make between now and the end of the year is to limit my use of social media. Too much of it stresses me out, and I feel confident that limiting it will be good for my mental health.
Can you make one healthy change over the next 2 months? (I know you can!) Reply to this email and let me know what you plan to do.
